General conditions

Prices are indicated per apartment and day (standard occupancy of 2 persons). For each additional person we charge a supplement of € 15.00 per day.
On request we offer breakfast with different products of the farm for € 10.00 per person per day.

Discounts for children:
  • up to 2.99 years 100% reduction
  • from 3 to 6.99 years 50% reduction
  • from 7 to 13.99 years 20% reduction.
In any case, don’t hesitate to request a personal offer that, whenever possible, would take into account your special requirements.

All prices include: VAT, water, heating, electricity, outdoor parking, final cleaning, bed linen with weekly change, towels with mid-week change, WI-FI connection, ski / bike deposit, shared washing machine, home library, depending on season and availability: aromatic herbs, vegetables from our garden, Holidaypass.

To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of EUR 1.35 per person (over 14 years old) per day.

Additional services: breakfast in the apartment, bread service, delivery of milk and eggs from the farm.

Due to hygienic reasons, pets are not accepted.

The apartments will be at your disposal from 14:00 to 21:00 on the day of arrival (after 21:00, please inform us in advance). On the day of departure we ask you to free the apartments by 09:00.

Smoking is not allowed in all apartments. Guests should inform the owners about all visitors if they don’t stay in one of the apartments of Lüch dl Cajer.

Payment:
When confirming your reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit equal to 25% of the booking amount within the following 5 days. The reservation is considered final only after payment of the required deposit. If the deposit is not paid within the aforementioned terms, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation by tacit agreement. Please pay the final bill the night before departure. Payment of the final bill can be made in cash (only euros, for a maximum of 2.999.99 euros), or by bank transfer by the day before departure or by check. The payment by check must be communicated on the day of arrival and on the same day the delivery of the check must take place. We do not accept credit cards or debit cards.

Cancellation conditions:
For late arrivals, early departures or other changes to the reservation, entire payment will still be required.

Cancellation policy (according to the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006):
  • More than 3 months before arrival, no penalty (the deposit will be refunded up to 100%)
  • From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, cancellation penalty 40% of the total price of your stay
  • From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, cancellation penalty 70% of the total price of your stay
  • 1 week before arrival and less, cancellation penalty 90% of the total price of your stay.
